A running obituary

On Saturday, July 15, 2017, my big toenail died a quiet death adhered to the band-aid that had been protecting it. It had suffered a short illness after a 30-mile Ragnar Relay in May.

While this big toenail will be missed, it is left by several other toenails and two pinkies. It also leaves several cousin fingernails as well. A new big toenail is emerging to take its place.

There will be no wake or funeral arrangements. The toenail was buried at a quiet toilet bowl service followed by a flush.

Since everyone found my humor hilarious on Facebook, I thought I would share!

Funny, my serious stuff doesn’t seem to fly as well as this!
