I ask for Grace.

Grace to hear and discern

what sacrificies

big or small

I might be called to make.

For You come first.

Only You.

And, when tiredness,

weariness,

exhaustion

creep in

and take You away from me

I need to ask

what sacrifice must I make

to keep whole

vibrant

alive

true to You

true to me.

the last will be first.

Show me

lead me

teach me

what I need to give up

to be wed to You.

I ask for a conversion

of my heart.
